FormShaper

FormShaper is an application that helps you create irregular windows. You may simply draw, using the shape controls in VB, the shape you want your form to have and FormShaper will do the rest.

It allows you to place an image in the background of your form and let the control use this image to shape the form based on the transparent areas.
